ποΈ Q: What ages of children do you serve?
A: We provide care and early education for children ages 6 weeks to 7 years, including children with developmental delays, disabilities, or medical conditions that require individualized support.
ππ½ Q: Are you an inclusive childcare center?
A: Yes! We are fully inclusive and welcome children of all abilities. Our curriculum, classroom environment, and staff training are designed to support each child's unique developmental path, including those with IEPs, IFSPs, or behavioral support plans.

A: Yes, case by case.
π§Ύ Tuition & Payment Policies
Q: How is tuition structured? π¦
A: Tuition is billed at booking, weekly or bi-weekly, and varies by age group, schedule, and length of care needed.
An individualized care plan may influence tuition if additional resources or staffing are required.
Q: What payment methods are accepted? π§
A: We accept Zelle, Navy Fed, Cash App (parent covers fee, Cash-last option)
Q: Do you require a deposit? π°
A: Yes, a non-refundable registration fee and a deposit equal to one week of tuition are required upon enrollment to secure your child’s spot.
Q: What is your withdrawal policy? π«
A: We require 15 days' written notice for withdrawal. Tuition will continue to be billed during this period regardless of attendance.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment? π²
A: Late payments are subject to a $25 fee every 24 hours the minute it failed to be made.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of care & legal matters to include rendering payment + fees.
Q: Which Days are considered set Closed Days? π
A: we are open for business on the majority of all major holidays (besides July 4th) however we do close at 3 pm.
Q: What is the cutoff time? β³οΈβ°οΈ
A: We do not have a cut-off time, however we encourage constant communication with the provider to ensure drop-off is no later than 4 hours into their schedule.
Q: Which foods are not allowed? βοΈ

π Hours & Visitation Policy
Q: What are your hours? β°οΈπ
A: We’re open 7 days/ Night per week.
Q: Can I drop in during the day? βοΈ
A: For the safety and structure of our environment, we ask that all visits be scheduled in advance. We do not allow unscheduled parent drop-ins during program hours while children are in care.
πΈ Communication & Family Engagement
Q: How do you keep families informed? π
A: We use secure digital platforms as in email, text messages, and videos via messenger to share daily photos, videos, and updates. Communication is available through email and text. You’ll receive regular progress notes, behavior logs, and snapshots of your child’s day.
Q: Do you offer meetings or check-ins? πͺ
A: Yes, we offer scheduled parent-provider "chat" and are available as needed. We do ask to not request them if you are picking up close to closing times.

A: We use an inclusive, play-based curriculum that incorporates social-emotional learning, early literacy and sensory exploration, as well as adaptive strategies to meet all learners where they are.
Q: How are routines adjusted for children with diverse needs? πΌβΏοΈ
A: We individualize daily routines, transitions, and learning activities based on each child's sensory profile, attention span, and learning goals. Visual schedules, calming spaces, adaptive equipment, and sensory supports are available.
Q : Choking hazard π«β οΈποΈ
A: No hair beads, hair attachments, no clothing assesories, jewelery, etc. permitted (care will NOT be granted if child is dropped off with).
Q: What is your policy on handheld electronics? π΅
A: Electronics are SOLELY for adults, however we DO allow children above the age of 6 years to use it during designated times (nap, night time, meal prep, etc.) for a maximum of 20 - 30 minutes at a time (YouTube is not permitted and parental controls are required).

Q: What is your Toy policy?
A: no outside/from home toys, Stuffed animals, electronics
Q: How do you handle medical needs, allergies, and medications? π
A: We follow strict medication administration protocols and develop individualized health plans for children with allergies, seizures, or other medical needs.
Q: What safety measures are in place? π¨
A: We have secure entry systems, conduct background checks on all staff, and perform regular health and safety drills. Our classrooms are equipped with adaptive safety features and calming areas.
Q: What is your illness policy? π€ π· π€§ π€’
A: Children must be fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning to the center. We also follow any state/local public health guidelines.
